PharmaCare Online provides information about and facilitates access to weight management medications sourced from UK-licensed pharmacies. We are an information service and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or prescriptions.
3. Prescription Requirements
All medications available through our Service require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. By ordering, you confirm that:
- You have a valid prescription for the medication
- You have consulted with a healthcare provider about the medication
- You understand the proper use, risks, and side effects
- You will use the medication only as prescribed
4. Orders and Payment
Order Processing:
- All orders are subject to availability and acceptance
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
- Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable
- Payment must be received before dispatch
Payment Methods:
- UK Bank Transfer
- Google Pay, Apple Pay, Cash App (where available)
- All transactions are processed securely
5. Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- All packages are sent in discreet, unmarked packaging
- Delivery is to UK addresses only
- Signature may be required upon delivery
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, we cannot accept returns of medications once dispatched. Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged in transit) and must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
